Originally from Valencia, Spain, Jose has been working his way up in the customer service field starting as an Elect Team Receptionist. He moved into management in 2015, managing customer service teams for clients such as Lloyds Banking Group, TSB and Société Générale.

Jose knows what it takes to deliver a world class service and has credentials in delivering exquisite customer service at the highest level, including some of the most iconic buildings’ Front of House in Central London.

Jose is familiar with the perceptive nuances that make the difference on the front line and as such, places a huge importance on staff care and welfare, aligning with CIS in encouraging pride and revealing shining personalities.
